Think a killer body means having to torture yourself with hours and hours of exercise? Forget that idea. All it takes is 17 minutes a day.

If you're wondering how that's possible, it's all about a brand new way of working out — the 2:1 system — which is outrageously simple to follow. There are three different workouts to do twice a week. You must do 20 seconds of the given exercise without resting, then take 10 seconds recovery before starting another set. Repeat this sequence eight times for each exercise and you're only four short weeks away from your hottest bikini shape ever.


[b] Stand ups


Kneel down on the ground. Shift your weight across to your left knee and bring your right leg forward until you can place your foot flat on the ground. Now,press down hard through your right heel and slowly standing up. Now lower yourself down until your left knee is back on the ground. Taking your weight across onto your left knee, bring your right leg back until you're back on both knees. Repeat for 20 seconds.

Alternating jump squats


Stand with your feet hip-width apart with arms resting by your sides. Lower yourself down into a squat, then spring up as high as you can. While in the air, spread your legs wide, pointing feet out 45 degrees. Once you land in that position, lower yourself down into a sumo squat. Again, spring up as high as you can, this time landing with feet back in the original position. Repeat this exercise continuously for 20 seconds.

One-legged hip swin


Stand with your feet together and hands on your hips. Shift your weight onto your left foot, so that you can lift your right leg slightly off the ground. Now, slowly swing your right leg as far forward as you can while balancing on your left leg. Bring your right foot back down to your left (don't let it touch the ground). Now, slowly swing your right leg as far to the side as possible. Return your foot to the centre and repeat for 20 seconds. Now swap legs.[/b]
